This whimsical 18" rag and cloth doll is part of the StoryTime Friends collection by Lidia’s Dolls. Jasper Jamboree is a uniquely expressive character designed to inspire imagination, storytelling, and nature play. With red glasses, soulful blue eyes, and a handmade outfit complete with a small fabric backpack, Jasper is ready for every backyard adventure or forest tea party.

Made with a soft cotton body, wool-blend yarn hair, and an exclusive face design by Lidia, each doll is one of a kind—no two are ever alike. His floral cotton dress is hand-sewn and fits other 18” dolls, adding to its versatility.

How I Make Each Doll
Each doll begins with a pencil sketch and fabric selection—always cotton for the body and clothing, and wool or wool-blend yarn for the hair. I digitally illustrate each doll’s face and print it on premium fabric, then carefully stitch and stuff the body. The clothing is sewn individually and styled to match the doll’s personality. Accessories are added last, and each doll receives a name and a short story card to bring their character to life.

Every doll is made with sustainability in mind—no plastic, no vinyl, just natural fibers and careful craftsmanship. They are recyclable, compostable, and built to last for generations. Unlike synthetic dolls, these friends don’t yellow or fade easily, and many of my early creations from decades ago still look new.
